Nik,
This turned out excellent! I think it was you that had asked about mosaic programs a while back.
Did you do this with a filter or was done somehow by hand.

This looks great! The dark area under her eye is a bit distracting though. I think it might look better if that area looked more like the rest of her skin. If this was done by a filter, you could always lighten that area first and then apply the filter. Still absolutely lovely results! You must fill us in how you accomplished this effect.
