Nice retouching work. The hair has been tamed nicely and those eyes really stand out now. You might want to add just a bit of noise (very slight) to the blurred face layer to help it match the grain of the rest of the photo. Another option is to lower the opacity of that layer ever so slightly. This will help those blurred areas look more natural. Right now the blurred nose is very obvious, especially in the center area.
