Hi Sam,
No. It could certainly be used as a postcard, but I have done seven or eight backgrounds like these for putting kids into. I was sort of inspired by Anne Geddes, but most of mine are from props at home. I take pictures of the props with a digital. I can put another child into the picture in about 10-15 minutes.
