This was the first in a series of mock perfume campaigns I did for uni. The completed one has the image of the bottle etc but i couldnt find that one.
Anyway! The image was captured as a RAW image. I like using RAW as it enables me more control over the image and also allows me to print big!
I did everything, and ofcourse the retouching. I basically shoot to retouch, if that makes sense.
The girl in the photo basically has perfect skin so i only really made slight adjustments, concentrating on perfecting the overall tone and texture. Most of the face-paint was comp'd in using masks and clone etc, as my orginal design didnt read on camera particularly well! Id really love to hear comments.

i like the overall image. did you paint on the feather colors or was that done with makeup and such? the only thing that bugs me a tiny bit is, the whiteness of her face seems like too much pancake/foundation in her makeup. it's mostly minor, a nit-pik, but there it is.
