Before/After
Technique: dodge and burn
No tablet yet, just mouse :P
Software used: Photoshop
Estimated time ( apart from the messenger talks :P ) : 3 hours.
Because the limit of the upload here is max 200 KB, details where lost as the final retouch has several MBs. U can see a larger version in my DeviantArt retouch profile. 
Sorry for the big watermarks.
