Well, I like what you have done so far. It is a difficult picture to enhance due to the textures and lack of detail. The reason I say good job so far, is that there are some more possibilities to help it. But, I think you have done very well in cropping, straightening, and repairing.

It is possible to enhance the tones between the light and dark areas to give the picture more snap, without looking touched up. Besides using levels and curves layers, you may also want to investigate the Image... Adjustments... Shadow/Highlight tool.

Another idea is to look at replacing the background with something different. The current background detracts a little from the girls face. You could create you own texture and paint it in using a mask.

Lastly, experiment with the unsharp mask to pull a bit more detail out of her face. Many people prefer to enhance only the eyes, nose and mouth areas because those are the areas that our brain picks up very quickly and almost naturally. Be sure to do so on a separate layer so you can mask out where you do not want the effect, and alter the opacity.
