I like this one too. Again, the original photo probably has enough detail not to worry about enhancing that much. Maybe just a little unsharp mask would be nice.
You did well with all the blemishes but that crack. Those can be challenging. Sometimes zooming in very close and using a combination of the patch tool and the clone stamp tool are the only fix. Experiment and see which you like more. You may be surprised at the ability of the patch tool.

I think you did a good job, some restorations can be quite the challenge
