Hi,
I'm new to this forum and joined today specifically to try and learn how to create an effect like this.
Does this technique have a name?
Can you suggest any good books or websites where I can find detailed tutorial on how to acheive this style?
Many thanks
Paul

AltIvan: seriously? do you really think that? degrundge is a bad method to smooth skin, you only blur around, you may never use blur to smooth skin! and as the title is named: Extreme... so that means it wasn't supposed to get it natural.
PBPA: I use alway the Dodge and burn Method, and i have used the healing brush + some airbrush ( no, not blur, but with the pencil tool)
hope this helped
