Do you just paint or use filters too to get the effect? I'd like to do this type of thing but don't know exactly where to start as far as steps. I have a wacom tablet too. Just got it.

Thanks Craig...

Sherim I only paint in PS (no filters)using the various brushes, dodge etc. I have basically made my own style through trial & error....the wacom and pen make this all the much easier for me......It has taken me a little over a year to get the painting to this point.
