Sure, I generally use different methods together.

In this project,

• We used ‘effect spray’ for water drops during shooting.
• I applied a 'cool drops texture' (by using overlay mode) for some parts of the bottle.
• Then I locally used ‘Faux Finish Brushes’ to create strong ice impact. (Try to use these brushes with ‘Bevel and Emboss’ effect slightly.

The Ice Cube is totally illustrated (with ice textures). That was a challenging point Other ice pieces under the bottle, shoot separately.

Then I composed them together. If any other questions, please don't hasitate.
