This is a beautiful picture. You did a great job stitching. If you are going to do more of these, you might want to get an Epson 1280. It will print 13x44. I have the 1270 and it is great fun to print larger pictures.

Sharon,
I already have the Epson 2000P. The size of this image in length is 61 inches or so. I need to find someone with a designjet or epson equiv at a print shop...know any good ones who I can email the photo too? It's about 75MB.

Sorry, I don't know of anyone. Five feet - that will be an incredible print. Good luck with this.

STUNNING photo - I love it!!
Best of luck with getting it printed - I don't envy you there. Have you considered printing it out on your own printer in sections (e.g. 4 x A3 prints)? Then trimming and mounting them VERY carefully so that the joins don't show? Could be a last resort solution.

Find a lab with a Light Jet. I used to work for a lab that had one of those and we could print up to 4' x 8'... absolutely beautiful prints! In our lobby we had several LARGE prints of the Grand Tetons (similar to this image) and they were stunning.

Wow, this is gorgeous. I would like to see it as a large print. Beautiful! How are you printing it?

I just recently printed this at 13x36 on my Epson 2000P...came out beautiful. I am going to have the original negatives drum scanned, re-edit it and print it even larger (hopefully 6-8 feet long) on a lightjet and hang it on a very large wall in my home....I've heard alot about Calypso Imaging...we don't have anyone that prints with lightjet here in Harrisburg, PA....Glad you liked it...unfortunately it is on a point and shoot Leica 35mm. I wish I had a medium format or a better camera for this one...I'll have to do with the negative I have.

This is absolutely beautiful. Great stitching...so you have a special program for that...I tried to stitch a panoramic pic once, but the colors weren't coming out right...that was before I knew anything about photoshop. Anyhow...at ProCopy in State College, PA (where I work) we have a wide format ink jet printer that prints 35" wide to however long...if you're ever up in that area.
