hi stella,
i'm not a big fan of restructuring body parts, though i know it's done, and you seem to have altered her head shape a bit. the retouch on the face looks like she's now got too much makeup on, like there's too much foundation/pancake (the forehead in particular) and thus she loses some of her natural beauty because that's a distraction.
still, you have enhanced the look, so nicely done
