Ok, it's a long story
1 Made the human model in Poser
2 Opened in Photoshop and aplyed the witch illustration with multiply and hue/ saturation to get a dark blue.
3 Did the same with the words using a text effect in Photoshop
4 Drawed scars and veins with the brush tool and bevel and emboss/inner bevel-soft
5 Drewd the flesh painting with color red plu drop shadow and pattern overlay effects

6 Made the background with Flaming Pear's Gliteratto and the moon with Flaming Pear's Lunar Cell
7 Used some red brush on the eye to create vains and the red pupil.
8 Used Alienskin Textureshop to create the texture of the skin
9Used the brush with a Wacom Tablet to illustrate the fog palyinf with different percentagews of pressure an brush size
10 In hue saturation manipulated the colors to get some green yellow tones
11That's all!

This guy looks like he "REALLY" has the thirst!

Very convincing job on the expression and positioning of the subject. From that glance, one would get the impression that he may soon get invited to dinner . . . as the main course.
Nice work!

Yikes, I'd hate to see him in a dark alley. I love the skin texture and the mist. It all works to create an awesome image.

Wow, very ghoulish! The “Trick or treat” witch tattoo is a great detail and the perspective on this is perfect. I love how he looks down at you with that gleam in his eye… kind of that, “AHHH, a little snack before dinner” look. The scratch marks in the flesh are a nice touch and very well done. Overall a great Halloween image!
