Even though I have written some books and would love to write some more, I am not in love with typing At all. Which is why I have never had a web page up over the many years. Certainly not through lack of thinking about it. Kind of the way I write my books.
I do have a program that would let me dictate to the computer as I talked. Which in theory is ultra cool until corrections need to be made, which always seem to take longer than it would have to just type the thing in the first place.
But I do enjoy sharing my knowledge with people(not necessarily my thoughts!), so I guess I just have to get over it. As the blogging capabilities of this forum evolve, hopefully so will my efforts to blog.

Blogs are not like forums or email lists or chatrooms. People do not look for blog hosts and then browse merrily though the myriad posts. They find, through various means, one blog, decide if they like it, and then either bookmark it or subscribe to its RSS feed.

I know, some times it feels like no one is listening. This early in the blogging game, you might even be right. The search engines only found these blogs a few days ago, and it will take awhile to be indexed, ranked, etc.

How many blogs do you subscribe to? I thought so.
Just as you have to look at photographs if you plan on making your own, and you need to read novels if you plan on writing one, if you want to blog well you have to read good blogs.

Some random thoughts for those wondering how a blog is "better" than the forums:
- The forums are more insular. Think of the forums as an intercom system. Blogs are your megaphone blasting out at the rest of the world.
- You can categorize. Have multiple interests? Make a category

I really would like to be at PMA/DIMA on January 29th in your Master Class on Beauty Retouching but I can’t, too far away for me. Do you think it will be any possibility to upload a video of the class some where?
