    Unfortunate Delays with DVD

It is in the works, just horribly delayed. I am getting like 2 hours sleep a day just trying to finish retouching projects I have, not to mention retouching for the company I work for.
It will be done, and yes it is delayed, and yes I feel bad about it and should have kept my hands off the keyboard instead of announcing it. Don't forget I am doing everything on my own, including distribution and burning copies, etc.
But there will no longer be a bunch of stuff on calculations, or apply image. There might be some Gradient Mapping stuff. BUt all in all its just going to be skin/Beauty work with 3 maybe 4 different models, all different in their needs.

    Chris

And I really want to get it right, because who likes complaints?

    Its May -DVD Update time
    by cricket1961
Well May is here, and I had said that I was aiming to have my DVD done by May.

    Its not.

I have been so swamped with Retouching and Alpha/Beta work for Adobe that I have barely enough time to see my 3 sons at eh end of the day.

But it is in the works and has...

    by cricket1961
I got a email from someone yesterday from a good Samaritan ( are they called that on the web?) that was very helpful to me concerning dvd distribution and duplication.

Thanks Lasse whoever and wherever you are! Great to know that there are people like you out there!

    I will...

    DVD info
    by cricket1961
As most can tell I have not been around or available for a while now. Lots of reasons, both good and bad.

To get the bad out of the way, I am not a fan of potshots and things were getting a little heated in areas here. And as ironic as it is going to sound on this post, it has not been...

    DVD Image Example
    by cricket1961
    Hello!

As promised although a week late, here is an example image from the dvd.

Here is an example on what to expect with the dvd. This image is a little cleaner than some of the ones that will be on it, but it shows the direction that will be taken with most.

    This seems very promising

After Chris revealed what Calculations could do in masking other than turning images to b+w, I started to look into it and found this.

Apparently, Katrin Eismann made a DVD years ago on masking with CS that's...
