I think I learned more in this thread about hue/saturation adjustment layers than in all the books I've bought.

And this thread was just fun. I see this faded cross process-like look a lot. It appears to be quite popular.

I've played around with some of the actions/presets from here to completely change the tone of an image. I think virtual photographer is similar.

Buggy Actions, please Help
