Rotating Object and Style in PS?

Hey people, I'm doing some graphic design with vectors and the like. I noticed that when rotating a shape, the style attached to it doesn't rotate. Any tip on this?

So... um one of those silly questions.

I never really work with special brushes(I mean I do change scattering, pattern, transfer and shape dynamics, but all using the default round brush).

What keeps happening all day today is that PS switches between brushes while I am...

Photoshop Spatter Brushes - where to find them?

Can anyone tell me in which of PS CS2's brush collections I would find the "Spatter Brush". (Note: I said Spatter not Splatter). Mine doesn't seem to have it

Q: What is a soft brush?

OK, here it is:

I'm starting to progress(?) from just using filters to also using brushes. Many of the tutorials I read say "use a soft brush". What exactly is a "soft brush"? I'm using Elements 2 and I beleive most of the brushes are the same as PS.
