by Quantum3Hey people, I'm doing some graphic design with vectors and the like. I noticed that when rotating a shape, the style attached to it doesn't rotate. Any tip on this?

I never really work with special brushes(I mean I do change scattering, pattern, transfer and shape dynamics, but all using the default round brush).

I'm starting to progress(?) from just using filters to also using brushes. Many of the tutorials I read say "use a soft brush". What exactly is a "soft brush"? I'm using Elements 2 and I beleive most of the brushes are the same as PS.
