The photos in that site required cleaning up wax, dust, brighten up diamonds, clean any scratches on stones, smooth the metals, brighten the metal, shapen the details, pulling the tones overall. I work with path tools alot, I charge reasonable hourly rate, tell me what's your budget.

I do lots of skin retouching and removing extra fat, trimming, changing backgrounds in my beauty work as well. hope to hear from you on more details.
