I am a Digital Imaging Specialist with Advanced Retouching Skills, looking to eventually branch out on my own with a hand full of clients. If a unique and worthwhile opportunity/position were to present itself, I would consider it. But the true purpose of this listing is to find steady freelance work.
I have most recently worked on third-party clients such as Burberry, Eddie Bauer, Nokia, Panasonic, Briggs& Riley, Nike, Lego and many more.
With My current position, I work within the Pre-media division as a Pre-Media Technician. Where I work closely on images for the music industry.
Previously I worked in a High-end Fashion Photography Agency downtown NYC. I gained extensive knowledge on Fashion, Beauty and Product Retouching and Photography, as well as other areas. Having worked hands on with well-known, top-notch photographers, I handled everything from managing the imaging archives and company websites to scanning (images, negatives etc.), advanced retouching, to designing layouts for portfolios. That is only a fraction of my responsibilities with in the Agency.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
All photo imaging and manipulation (7 Years Experience).
P.C. and Mac advanced, Photoshop, illustrator, indesign, c1pro, ftp, html.
Retoucher, illustrator, digital tech., photographer, stop motion animator, storyboard artist.
Strong eye, color expert.
Advanced drawing skills, complete understanding of anatomy.
Art College background.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Highly motivated; works well both independently and as part of a team.
Fast learner; quickly absorb and utilize new methods. Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of animation lunchbox (technical support and behind the scenes production).
Excellent Internet researching skills.
Seven years working experience.
