I'm a photographer that mostly does advertising and commercial stuff but I also do beauty/fashion photography. I have a retoucher for most of the work I do, but as we are very busy with the daily work and as most of the retouching we do is confined to minor tweaks, I need someone that would want to help me with compositing, beauty/fashion retouching, general image enhacing, etc. for some personal work and for some professional as well.
I'm looking for prospective retouchers who would want to enrich their portfolio and diversify it with some of my work. I can also offer the retoucher to use any of my images I shot for commercial or personal purposes as well.
