Ocreativ is a young and dynamic e-commerce and BtoB company created in 2009, based in Shanghai and addressing the North American and Western Europe markets. We are currently a 30+people team, and we are looking to hire more dynamic profiles, fitting to Ocreativ spirit.
Working on our core know-how, we are bringing to the market solutions to create and manage ecommerce fashion images. This project puts the photo retouch in the very center of our activity.
That’s why we are seeking a skilful, energetic and highly motivated photo retouch manager, to help us drive this exciting project. Based in Shanghai, the photo retoucher manager will manage a team, drive projects for clients and participate to our operating strategy.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Photo retouch Manager will be in charge of a team of junior retouchers. His/her duties include:
- Shooting organization (casting, booking etc…)
- Working with our technical director on the image creation process
- Managing the retouch team on a daily basis (planning, delegating, checking pictures, correcting, training etc. )
The ideal candidate will be:
• Proven qualification in post-production of images.
• Experience in photo-retouch, preferably in Fashion e-commerce
• Fluent in English.
• Management, communication and organisation skills
• Sharp sense of details
• Expert in Photoshop, Proficient in scripts, familiar with working with a graphic tablet.
• Highly motivated to be involved in operational tasks, get hands dirty and troubleshoot.
• Appreciates to work in multi-cultural environment
