Founded in 2009, Ocreativ/Allures Systems is a young company in B2B services ( www.alluresystems.com ), located in Shanghai (Ocreativ) and Paris(Allures Systems), serving Western Europe and North America markets.
We are a multicultural French / Chinese team with around 30 people, and looking to recruit dynamic profiles that correspond to the spirit of our company.
At the heart of our business, we have been developing solutions for the creation and image management for e-commerce fashion websites. This project will place photo-editing services in the center of our business.
We wish to recruit a talented and motivated Photo Retoucher, to take part in this exciting project. Based in Shanghai, your role will be critical and directly related to the final quality of our work.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
You will be responsible for a portion of the visual creation. Your mission will include:
• Retouching and photo editing
• Process optimization
Creation and improvement of Photoshop scripts
• Quality control / improvement of visuals
Check and correct fixtures according to internal (French and Chinese team Retouchers) and client needs
You may be required to recruit and train one or more Photo Retouchers to work with you and create an effective and organized team.
The ideal candidate profile:
• Art school graduate or technical qualifications (qualification in post- production of images is required)
• Highly proficient in Photoshop and photo editing (fast and realistic results expected)
• Attention to details
• Leadership qualities, good in communication and-well organized
• Ability to take initiative, resourceful and work independently
• Good level of English (required for internal communication)
• Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural team
Other information:
• Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in management and editing large image stream as post production for e -commerce fashion
• Based in Shanghai, China
