Freelance retouching help needed for upcoming fall season of print catalog and web production.

Workflow includes use of standardized actions and set procedures based on predetermined styles for print and web, but the best candidates will have an eye for design, be able to communicate with designers, and be enthusiastic about the material they are retouching.

Posting on forum to avoid agencies, but pay is fair and commensurate with experience. Need help in-house so remote help is not an option at this time.
