Hi People..
I'm predominantly a portrait photographer and have a good network of friends in London working in this niche and three of us who are busy every week are looking for a retoucher....

we all currently use a lady in London who is £3.50 per image.. but looking to up the quality, and attention to detail a bit.. so be happy to pay closer to the £4.50/£5 mark..
we each shoot 8 - 12 clients a week and each of these clients get 2- 6 images each as an idea of the workload. we'd hope for a 48 hr turnaround on images...
It's roughly 100-150 images per week, consistently across the three of us, so a decentish income and we REALLY want to build a long term relationship with a good, reliable person.
we are looking for quite a high end finish, obviously not Beauty work, but v clean and accurate and realistic
Things we would hope to be fixed
- Blemishes
- realistic lightening of under eyes
- subtle smoothing/reducing heavy pores, guys keeping more texture
- emphasising catchlights and eyes realistically
- people with good bone structure, enhanced contouring
- fly away hairs
- any clothing issues
- skin tone and colours, i.e. red nose from cold, patchy areas….
- potential make-up tidying
