London studio looking for a retoucher
We're a high-end post production studio currently looking for a Creative Retoucher to join our expanding team in South East London.
We require a motivated, hard working individual who is a great team player and has a 'can do' attitude. The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of Photoshop, a proven ability in masking, excellent compositing skills, work in a non destructive work flow and a fantastic eye for detail. We're a small team so you will be thrown in straight at the deep end! It's a challenging position with great long-term prospects, working with some of the worlds leading photographers and advertising agencies producing award winning work. Location work is also be a possibility with visits to Dubai, South Africa, California, Barcelona and Monaco already coming up this year.
The suitable candidate will:
• Have at least 2 years experience retouching in a busy studio
• Be proficient in Photoshop (working in a non destructive work flow). Capture One. Mac OS and using a Wacom tablet
• Be confident in compositing, understanding lighting, focus and colour balance
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to work under pressure
• Be expected to manage your workload to meet daily targets.
• Proactive in developing their own skills
• A keen interest in the industry

This is a permanent position subject to successful completion of a 3 month probation period, with a salary of £20,000-£25,000 p/a, DOE. 28 days holiday p/a (including Bank Holidays).
