What I would like to know ,if anyone is making a living from doing restoration work

I think most restoration jobs, at least digital restoration, are with advertising. I work with fine art, mostly antique art and some with museums. The place I work for offers traditional restoration (with original artwork) as well as digital restoration, photography and printing. http://www.oppenheimereditions.com
I find that knowing how to draw and paint well gives me a great advantage to making digital images better. -

I'm not fully dependent on Restorations, but alongwith retouching I'm making my living.

What aspects/characteristics make a restoration "Museum Quality"?
