London studios willing to take on paid assistants?

Hey Guys

I have been freelancing for just under 2 years and I havent done too badly considering how basic my PS knowledge was before that. However, because I starting my retouching journey as a freelancer I know there are many aspects that Im just not tuned in to. I'm certain that working in a pro environment with higher calibre clients, experience retouchers and a fast pace of work is what I need to push my work up a few notches.

I was wondering if anyone out there knows of studios in London that are open to recruiting amateurs to assist on projects? I have approached an agency that represents retouchers but am yet to receive any response. Other agencies I've looked at seem more cgi based and I have nill experience in that area.

Any advice would be awesome.

Happy Finish is the one that I know takes on what they call trainee retouchers.

Rihanna - we retouched it independently for the same client, they are different.. it's the level of 'real' that varies (not that it implies anything, just a different take)

Thanks Matt, Happy Finish are definitely on my radar especially with the calibre of their represented retouchers and clients. I'm sure places for their trainee scheme are very much in demand, but I might just try my luck!
