    Model release and photo contract iPhone app

    Are there iPhone or iPad (or similar) apps out there with customizable model releases and other contracts of use to photographers? Perhaps something with some intelligence that might know where you are so offer suggestions (ie: national parks, countries with restrictive public privacy laws, etc.)? Perhaps even with invoicing, or even (dare I ask) payment processing?

    If such a think exists, is signing by drawing with a finger legally binding?

    I majored in journalism many years ago. If I remember correctly, if a person is in a public place; on the street, at a sporting event; and their picture is taken, that picture can be used in a newspaper WITHOUT a model release. The permission is implied by the act of being in a public place.
