I just recently bought a new cell phone and found out that I can get wireless web access on it. I'd been looking around at the different services and options i could get, and when I read about the "wireless web" i thought it was just a small service to look up movie times, weather and things like that. when I tried it out on my phone though, i found out that there's a built in mini text browser and that it's full text web access. so now I can read retouchPRO forums posts while I'm sitting on the bus!!(but it's a tiny screen so it takes a lot of scrolling to read a post) I attached a scan of it so you can see what it looks like.

I can see you're going to be going through alot of battery power and air time minutes with this cool gadgit. That is really great David. Now maybe we'll hear from you more often. I imagine answering a post is not an easy feat. At least you won't be missing out on all the good gossip here while on the bus. You got a great scan of it too.

yeah, the sliding menu doesn't seem to be working in my mini browser Doug.. (just kidding sorry, I couldn't resist..)

CJ - I pay $25 cdn. ($16 US approx) per month for unlimited evening and weekend calls which includes web access (or it's 2 cents per page regularly)

DJ - I haven't tried posting on it yet (it takes forever to type in anything on a numeric pad) but i did manage to log in to the forums and check the new posts.

This is one form of technology where "being all thumbs" is a good thing. Get those thumbs in good form David. You'll soon be speeding through the alphabet.
