Testing if this forum can be targeted with this string of characters... It crashes webkit on OSX.

This means that OSX-users running 10.8 will be in trouble. In chrome it will crash the current tab. Safari will quit to desktop.
If this string is in an e-mail it will crash Outlook for mac, and the mail app on iphone.
If sent in an sms it will kill the messaging-app on an iphone as well. Fun if you have enemies... >

All I see is Arabic text/script. Weird that it crashes OSX.

It definitely crashes Safari on my iPhone.
