I recently saw Pratik Niak on CreativeLive, and so was inspired to seek further education from those that "can and do"!

... What type of photo work are you doing?

My photography is fairly mixed, but I will be focusing on Senior HS when things get rolling.

My retouch work has been for friends (photogs), touching up wedding and engagement images. After seeing Pritak Nial's Creativelive, I am starting to fiddle around with "top shelf" kind of glamour. I've just begun, so nothing to show off just yet, but I'm workin' on it.

Hi everyone, I am David Kay and live in Arlington Heights IL. Been doing photography since forever. Yes, I still do film and process black and white in my dark room. I have a small business and specialize in black and white fine art photography. We travel the midwest doing art shows and also capturing rural America, One barn at a time.

I try to capture the fine art photos in the camera. However, there is always a need for editing. I enjoy doing restorations, and do so quite frequently as I prepare a photo show for a client. Always fun to bring their old faded historic photos to life.

The "dark room" is a place to go so that when you close the door, no one can bother you.
