  • Help! I'm New! :/

    Hey there!

I am so happy to be joining this community! I am attending my first webinar tonight and I am so excited! I did sign up to the one that was cancelled last Sat and I was so disappointed! I have watched all I can on youtube and love the shows.!!

I am hoping to start freelancing and make a career of retouching. I hope it isn't too late for me! Ill be building a portfolio over the next few months and improving my skills so I am sure I will get a lot of inspiration and tips from RetouchPRO!

Any tips about using this site?

    Thanks for reading!

    It's never too late!

If I had to give one tip for using this site it would be to visit daily and click the New Posts link up on the navbar.

Oh, and don't be shy (that might actually be a better first tip). Success in business means networking, and you can't network if you're shy.

Hi, all, just taking a moment to introduce myself. I answer to Photohealer, but my name is Don. I am retired, living on Vancouver Island BC, and I'm in the midst of launching an online Photo Restoration site (named photohealer.com, as you might have guessed). Please take a look at my Gallery Pag...

Hey all! My name is Jennifer. I am from Mississippi. I have been a photographer for about 4 years but I have really just gotten heavy into it the past year so I can continue to stay home with my 10 month old and not have to back to a full time job! I am not that GREAT at editing so hopefully I can find...

      Finally finished it
      by KevinBE
After many distractions and changing of direction, the new Web site is up. The 2 week job of a complete re-design took almost 6 weeks. If you get a chance to view it I would appreciate any comments. I have my wife helping me proof the grammar and spelling but all help is appreciated.

      Calling All At-Home-Dads
      by Gerry Monaghan
I am trying to grow my new business while continuing to be primary care giver for 3 little boys, Caleb 7, Benjamin 4, Luke 1. I have often said that this child rearing is the hardest thing I have ever done. There is a reason people have small children when they are in their twenties. At 42, chasing...

      Making my site more commercial
      by clare
      Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a more commercial version of my web site and was wondering whether anyone has any pointers that could be of use. You can find my current site via the link at the bottom of this post.

What do you love / hate about my current site?...
