  • Pineapple Cheese Casserole

    Pineapple Cheese Casserole

    1 20-oz can pineapple chunks
    ½ cup sugar
    3 Tablespoons flour, plain or self-rising
    1 cup shredded sharp cheese
    ¼ cup butter, melted
    ½ cup Ritz cracker crumbs

    Drain pineapple, reserving 3 Tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour. Slowly stir in reserved pineapple juice; add cheese and pineapple, mixing well. Put into grease 1-quart casserole dish. Combine butter and crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. Serves 6

    wow sounds good! interesting kind of casserole, I've never tried a kind like that, I'm gonna have to try out the recipe some time.

        This casserole is a great brunch recipe! It is a sweet and very delicious dish, and always receives rave reviews!

          Thanks alot T. I'm still trying to recover from that Death by Chocolate I made and you throw another delicious Fattening dish our way.

          Ah, incidently, you failed to tell me how much that Death by chocolate made. I'm glad I waited until company came over to make that or I would be dead by chocolate.
