    Here I got a simple yet good recipe:
    For 2-3 persons take
    pork filet (400-500 g (works as wel with chicken, fish etc))
    1 egg
    1 small can of pineapples (make sure that they are naturally sweetened) and don't through away the juice, you'll need it later !!
    1 small can of water chestnuts
    1 onion
    1 red pepper
    3/4 bottle of ketchup (I use Heinz)
    salt, pepper, coriander (pouder)
    bread crumbs

    Do whatever you do to prepare the meat (rinse and dry for example), but make sure it is dry at the end; cut in small dices (about half thumb size) open egg in a dish and season generously at this will be the only seasoning for the meat! (but like in PS don't overdo :-)) mix well with a fork and add the meat to the egg and cover with the egg/seasoning all over. Take a plastic bag (I use those for deep freezers of 3 liters) fill it about 1/3 with bread crumbs. Put meat in the bag- close bag - and shake so meat is covered with bread crumbs.

    Cut onion in dices, Slize pineapple in little peaces, same with the water chestnut and pepper. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add onions. Fry them until they get a little transparent, not dark though. Add ketchup, pineapple juice and a glass of water. Add pineapple, chestnut and pepper (some add peas and cocktail cherries, I don't, but it's up to you.) season with sugar, lemonjuice, salt to your liking / I do add a bit of dry poudered chili to add a little character, but this is optional.

    Take a frying pot with oil heated to about 180 degrees and fry meat until it has a golden brown color, place meat on some kitchen tissue to get rid of the oil. Serve with rice and sauce. (Serve sauce separately so the panade of the meat will not be soaked and loose the crunchiness.
