Raising five children there were times we had to prepare a fast dinner that
we would all enjoy.The following recipe was discovered on a package of
Egg Noodles and I used it for years.We all enjoyed it.This can also be used as
a side dish.
Quick Beef Stroganoff
1 pkg of Egg Noodles
1 can of Chicken Broth
1 lb. Chopped Sirloin
1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
1 8 oz tub of Sour Cream
Boil a Package of Noodles – 8 Oz.
Place meat in skillet and brown .
Add Chicken Broth and mushrooms.
Simmer until meat is cooked approx.10-15 minutes.
Close heat and stir in Sour Cream.
Serve over bed of cooked noodles.
Season to taste.
