    Orange Margins

Goodness, I've been off this great site for a while and logged back in and discovered these incredible, audacious, bold, distracting, disturbing orange margins. Err, aah perhaps a color less exciting would be suitable. Perhaps its my safari browser but if not I for one would like some shade of gray

Doug likes to decorate for the seasons. I think it creative and fun. Thanks Doug for spicing up our otherwise white to black existence.

Hmmm... all I can say is if you got this cyanish ghosting artifact in your peripheral vision when you look away from the screen, yep! That's a scary bright orange! Ugh, my brain hurts lol!

I think the orange is beautiful, and I don't even like Halloween! It looks very Autumnal.

As much as I liked warm, fall like colors, I'm not a big fan of its use on the site...

                  Re: Orange Margins

As a reminder of the occasion it was a refreshing change to have the orange border and the pumpkin head, and appreciated I'm sure by the majority of us.

As a permanent state probably not, due the the possibility of affecting the perceived on screen colours of posted images, and as you can see, Doug has of course changed it back to the normal border colour now that Halloween is over.

I'm looking forward to the Christmas Titles, they always put me in the festive mood.

Hi all....just thought you'd like a dabble with these carvings, we found by complete accident, done by a guy with a chain saw, who was at the side of the road in Devon. The bear is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, pretty impresive and costly work....

A few days ago I ordered a bug zapper. It's like those bug zappers that hang in your back yard and electronically zap bugs, but this is a handheld tennis racket!

OMG it's so fun! The outside lights come on automatically in my apartment, so I went out and swung the racket around a few...

This one's just for nostalgic fun. My very first computer was a TRS-80 Color Computer (and later got the COCO 3) or short name COCO. One of my favorite games was Mega-Bug. Found a cool site that will allow you to play it online (so long as you have Java installed). Click link below for instructions...

I've got a couple pictures i've been messing around with from morguefile.com that I would like to get some feedback on. My goal was to take some fairly mundane shots and try to make them much more visually interesting.
