I can't click the radio buttons I find in the site.
For some reason I am unable to click radio buttons on this site.

Unfortunately, that's a common complaint from Mac users with MS IE. Several threads here with the whole story.
Short version:
Mac IE thinks menubar is out all the time.
Switch to Netscape
or
Maximize your window (helps if you can increase your screen res to 1024x768). Anything to distance the menubar from the rest.Learn by teaching
Take responsibility for learning

I use a PC to view the web, but lately I have been viewing the forum from my sister's MAC laptop and noticed that it looks a bit different. Furthermore, some options that I was used to when viewing it on my PC are now missing. So I thought I see if there were any other MAC oddities.

I was just going over the web access logs last night and noticed that fewer than 20% of the visitors to this site (the whole site, not just these forums) are Mac users. Since Mac users make up a sizable part of the image-editing community, this is a serious issue.

In photoshop on a PC you have a shortkey combination: ctrl+alt+shift+~ which select the lighter parts of your image.
