  • Blocked emails

If you use spam-blocking software, make sure you list retouchpro.com as a friendly (or white-listed) address.

I get several "refused" bounces every day from people that ask for email notification for a thread or private message and then their email is blocked.

Also, while I have your attention, please verify the email address you have in your user profile is still current. If you change it, you'll need to re-activate, but that's better than not getting your emails.

I received this email today and it came with the typical virus attachment. The sender is "[email protected]"....

    Word/Outlook Guidance please.
    by chris h
I use Outlook 2000 for e-mail and have Word as the mail editor enabled. However on opening Word (as editor) I find my home address is by default in the document. Thinking it was carried over from the Outlook signature option I disabled this but the address still comes up. Obviously I can delete the...
