Excellent manipulation! I love the angled mouth layers with the pointed teeth, salvia and all! The eye in the center works as a great focal point to this nightmarish image. It might be interesting trying different expressions with the eye. Scared, angry and such and even playing with the pupil such as dilating it and experimenting with different colors for the iris…maybe even reflecting an image in the eye. Well done!
