There is pain and fear, and there is determination and hope.

Lady Liberty is shedding blood and tears while still looming large over our nation, and the valiant rescuers are coming to help. The rescue crews working in NYC and at the Pentagon are examples of our best, and will be joined by the rest of us as the struggle expands and continues.

    Flag background
Statue of Liberty Face - opacity 85
created tear drop - used Plastic Wrap filter, opacity 75
masked background of AP images of firemen and observers tower Twin Towers explosion - 90 opacity;transformed to stretch & mimic size and scale.

                      Calculating base for Multiple images
                      by 2003blink
p160 asks create a background base for all the 5 Teapot images to sit on. I got the job done with trial and error, but know there must be a formula to making a more precise estimation of a base layer for all the images to sit on.

Anyone know how to calculate this kind of project?...

This picture is from my friend's wedding. It doesn't need to be perfect, but I'm trying to make it look a little better so I can post it on her wedding website along with some others. I'm a self-taught Photoshop novice.
