Nice job,
Personally I think the skin maybe too over done but this is probably down to personal taste.

I really like what you've done with the picture and like plantphoto said its down to personal taste, but i don't think you've overdone it...Looks clean and you left enough texture in her face according to my taste

Her forehead looks extremely fake where you cleaned up the strays. It almost looks like a giant flesh colored triangle was pasted on her forehead. Besides that, nice work. What technique/tools do you use to heal blemishes? Also, is there a larger version? The largest Flikr size is still very small.
