    I think its a really cool picture. my only critique would be more shadow and hair shine as someone mentioned above..i'm fairly new to retouching so i can't offer more, but it seems to me that you are good.

    Godmother - you do really nice work (this one and others of yours that I've seen). To my eye, the shadow between her left eye and her nose doesn't look right; the break between light and shadow seems too severe. However, I see that the problem exists in the original image so it wasn't introduced by you. But I think you could improve the image by blurring or fading the break.

    clean up camera left side of hair more, and try to bring some more healthy shine to the hair texture (slightly).

    also, bring back some shape to the midtones.

    I love what you have done to the skin and the face. The hair on the left hand side is great. Very believable. Wouldn't have known it wasn't hers originally. Not sure how that highlight on the right hand side fits in with the overall lighting. It seems like it has been purposefully put there to provide a focal point on that, otherwise, dark side.
