There isn't too much edited here.
Good: I like the upped contrast mostly, you did a good job on the arm and the smoothing.
I would remove the toe line on her left foot. There is a distinctive line on her ankles seperating a tonal difference from her legs to her feet, her feet need to be matched in tone to her legs for a more even appearance.
This one is purely opinion but I feel shading on her face is too deep for the scene she is in. It seems too lite outside for her hair to cast such a deep shadow.

I'm kind of between a good photographer and a good Photoshop dabbler, and much of my work reflects that--it's an OK shot, but with some cleanup it's not bad.
I'd appreciate some comments on this bit. It's a "studio" portrait, but I had to do more tweaking than I'd intended...-
