Overall it looks very nice. well done on the skin. Only thing that draws my eye and that I think is an issue is the color cast where her hands meet and on the camera left side of her face. It's very noticeably green. Maybe you were using a gradient adjustment or a LUT and didn't finish masking it off.

Other than that I think it's a great step in the right direction.

I cannot believe no one has commented on the eyes, especially her right eye. You can even see the shape of the brush used. As for the skin, it has little texture left and definition around certain muscles and bones is gone. You could improve this by spending less time scrubbing it so thoroughly and thinking about each change. It would have made sense to neutralize some of that redness in the sclera portion of the eyes. I would also avoid sharpening them to the point where it's so obvious. The positive aspects to that can be accomplished in other ways. In my opinion getting the highlights just right on the eyes and filling out the lashes is a better way of bringing out the eyes than excessive sharpening. I say excessive because it gets that slightly pixelated look.

Hey, "Kav" I want to thank you for your time and opinion it's difficult to achieve best results when you are just a starter, but it's easier to move further when people like you gives some critisim.
And "HeavyTheory" thanks, now I can notice that green color in the shadows, guess I have overdone trying to get more details from shadow area.

                Thanks to all of you
