Cleverly done. I'd lose the slightly distracting bright blob of whatever in the BG just to the right of her navel. If your objective is to closely resemble an SI cover, you might add a couple more article teasers, e.g., "NFL Playoff Preview," "Winter Baseball Trade Talks" or the like. If your objective is to showcase the model, I'd say you hit a solid triple.

I agree with DannyRaphael, more article teasers would improve the overall effect,but on the whole, as it stands,a good effort.
