I had a wonderful opportunity to meet and have a picture taken with one of my favorite musicians, David Crosby, from Crosby, Stills, & Nash.
Unfortunately I had to let someone else take the picture and the focus was not good, it has redeye and I would love to have a person in the background removed or cloned out. It could also use some color correction possibly.
My skills just are not up anywhere to par with what I have seen from this group.
My camera was a 1.3 megapixel camera that does a good job on 5 x 7's in conjunction with my epson 870 printer. Ideally I would like to be able to print a 8 x 10. I do have Genuine Fractals which helps me increase the print size while maintaining the picture quality.
I tried my best and you can take a look at my attempt at the link below. I still have the original image prior to any of my attempts.
It is a jpeg (which is what comes out of the camera) and was taken at the highest resolution settings I have. If someone would want to help I would Email you the original image which is roughly 300k

Thank you for anyhelp you may be able to offer- Carl

by dipechLet's say you are trying to take a picture of a 11x17 picture or painting to use for restoring the picture. (Sometimes it's either too big or in too fragile condition to be scanned.) Is there a way to avoid getting major glare coming from the camera? If you shoot without the flash will you get all the...

My immediate query is concerning inkjet printers, resolution, and final print size. My recently aquired camera has a max. picture size of 2592 x 1944 pixels. Using the...

by WitteringHi all,
I had one shot of getting an important image right, and of course managed to mess it up. I usually take blurry/shaken pictures and this one was no exception. However, due to the importance of the picture I figured I would try and see if maybe someone from this forum could point...-

I just bought the Olympus 3040Z which takes absolutely breathtaking photos. The images are very sharp and I would like to keep them as sharp when I relay them to photo paper. My printer is a HP 932C (probably need to upgrade?)....-
