  • Need help in improving this image

    Hi,

My colleague recently lost her grandma. She asked me if I could do anything with the image she had. The image size she provided was 7 kb. I have changed image size to 8x10 and did whatever I could to remove pixelation.

I usually use Photoshop for enhancing my landscape photography and not very conversant with portrait retouching. Any suggestions you can provide to improve image further would be greatly appreciated. Could I use some kind of brush to add details to the hair?

    Thanks in advance.

Well Nagel has some great hair brushes for use with photoshop. It takes a little practice to get the hang of them but take a look at:

I need to have this image printed as an 8x10 tomorrow....When I do an 8x10 crop in photoshop it pixelates and looks pretty bad. Is there a way to smooth this out so it would look good in an 8x10 size? thanks

P.S. I guess pixels basically need to be added?

                Hi guys,
I am trying to print out stickers for my clothing company but the image came in a 72 dpi instead of the 300 dpi recommendation to avoid graininess/jagged edges. I was told in order for me to get these printed out clean, I need to get the edges on the letters (i.e. "THREADS"...

I attach an image of a degraded manuscript. I wish to improve the image, hopefully ending with the writing in crisp black on a uniform white background, with all the details of the writing revealed. How can this be achieved using...
