The Samsung phone that took those photos produces an image of 1536 x 2048 pixels. The images you have uploaded are a small fraction of those sizes. If you have the original with all of the data you will have a better chance or extracting the info. As the image are now there are only a few words decipherable.

tufi, we have a problem, (hehe). I took a go on these pictures as a personal challenge, but unfortunately the letters got a big blury shadow which is in fact the reason that make them unreadable no matter what I do with them. Sorry...

The cameras in a cell phone have less than $5 worth of components in them and they are pretty useless most of the time. Your phot was taken at a bad angle in bad light. While some word on the right side are decipherable, most of the one on the left are blurred beyond recovery. I would agree with James,
