    image background and shadow problem

    Hi,

    I have a photo of my girl with rough background and a shadow. I have spent the last few hours using gimp trying to get rid of both but not much success

    Basically I want to get rid of the wall shadow and if possible have a smooth background. I need this urgently and appreciate any help..

    Can anyone please help?
