How to get this bronze effect?

I was wondering how to get this "bronze" kinda effect this photographer has used. Can anyone help me? And about the beautiful lightning, is this burn and dodge?

Possible that this was done post processing in Photoshop. However just as possible that the model was painted first with metallic body paint - this would also likely effect the brightness of the highlights leading to a D&B look.
